Pat Hunt
Pat Hunt, a member since 1981, is a lighting designer with Hammel, Green, and Abrahamson, an architectural firm located in Minneapolis, MN. She has served as Education Chair, Secretary, Vice President and President of the Twin Cities Section. She later assumed the position of Regional Vice President –North Central Region and subsequently held the position of IES Treasurer.
Her committee service is extensive. Among her many committee activities, she chaired the Section Officers Forum, and the Membership Committee. She currently chairs the Sports and Recreational Areas Committee, also serving on two of that committee’s subcommittees: Obtrusive Light and the subcommittee on the revision of RP-6. Pat also serves as Chair of the Marks Award Committee and as Vice-Chair of the Distinguished Service Award Committee; in addition, she is a member of the Finance Committee.
For all of her contribution to the Society, she has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award, Section Meritorious Service Award and the Section Service Award – all well deserved.
