Lighting Criteria!
This committee will evaluate key lighting criteria for technical accuracy for interior and exterior applications to insure consistency of recommendations (illuminance and luminance) throughout IES publications. The issues of visual performance, energy efficiency and public safety will all be considered. Rationalization of the criteria across applications as well as adjustments within an application will also be considered. It is expected that this committee will interact with all document writing committees and mediate committee work where discrepancies occur. Final determination shall be that of the Lighting Criteria Committee.
